Mostafa Terrab awaits the approval of the French Competition Council for OCP takeover of Dupont OCP Operations Consulting
The divorce between the Moroccan giant OCP and the American chemical group Dupont is about to be made official. In 2013, the two groups created a joint venture (JV) in Morocco, called “Dupont OCP Operations Consulting” (DOOC).
