EU/Somalia: Losberger and Rapid ordered to compensate Abshir Advisors
The Franco-Anglo-Somali businessman Abshir Aden Ferro, a candidate in the upcoming Somali presidential election, plans to appeal the judgment and request more compensation, according to Jeune Afrique Business+.

The Paris Court of Appeal will rule, in principle at the end of 2021, on the request for “a revision” of the Commercial Court’s ruling of 21 January. The judgement ruled against the Rapid consortium, including the German modular building company Losberger, and ordered it to compensate Abshir Advisors.
