The Chinese group China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC) and its subsidiary involved in the project, China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group Co (CTCE), have been one step ahead of their compatriots Sinohydro Corporation Limited; Zhejiang Communications Construction Group Co; China Gezhouba Group Company Limited; and Shandong Luqiao Group Co. Ltd.
