Appointed to replace Alexandre Cohen who is joining Canal+ International at the Paris headquarters, Armand Sato has just taken over as head of Vivendi Africa Group (GVA) for Togo. He previously worked for Vivendi as technical and business development director for C+Telecom Indian Ocean.
