DP World confirms free zone project in Somaliland

While the health crisis has called into question several investments made by the Dubai group, it will maintain the budget for the port of Berbera.

Even before finalising the Berbera port extension project, which is expected to cost $442 million (€365 million), port and logistics operator DP World was also planning a new special economic zone, adjacent to its concession won in 2016.
