This is a tricky enterprise that the three Internet Service Providers (ISPs) licensed by the Senegalese Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARTP)—Waw Telecom, Arc Informatique and Africa Access—have been trying to achieve since 2018. The trio currently represents only 0.02% of the market share.
