Frenchman Marc Frère has taken over the Pullman, Novotel and Ibis hotels in Dakar. He succeeds his compatriot, Daniel Karbownik, who has been promoted as West and Central Africa Regional Director of Accor Hotels, headquartered in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
