Moov Africa Togo fined nearly €1 million from Arcep
The mobile operator Moov Africa Togo is being punished for its service malfunction in certain areas of Togo, Jeune Afrique Business+ has learned.

The fine, which amounts to CFA F 593 805 828, was the result of the sanction procedure opened on 12 October 2020 by the Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority (Arcep) against the mobile operator. The case was heard by the authority’s executive committee in Lomé on 18 May 2021.
