On 27 May, Wang Yu, the representative of the steering committee of the Inga Uniform Consortium, comprised of the Chinese China Three Gorges (CTG) and the Spanish AEE-Power, sent a letter to Bruno Kapandji Kalala, the Agency for the Development and Promotion of Grand Inga (ADPI).
