Germany’s Frazer Solar opts for Withers LLP in ongoing €50m Lesotho dispute
Winning in two foreign courts in its dispute with Lesotho over unpaid bills, the German company is seeking further confirmation and enforcement of the judgment in a US court.

According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, the legal team that filed the appeal in the Washington District Court on 17 May includes Steven J Moore, Jovana Crncevic and Emma Lindsay of Withers LLP.
