DLA Piper assists Marseille-Kliniken in its $10 million dispute in Equatorial Guinea
After winning its case in a European court in its dispute with Malabo over its eviction from the La Paz Medical Center, the Swiss group is seeking confirmation and enforcement of the judgment in a US court.

The lawyers who filed the appeal with the District Court of Washington on 8 December include Mary Elizabeth Gately and Paul Daniel Schmitt of the Washington-based law firm DLA Piper, and their colleague Harout J Samra of the Miami office, according to Jeune Afrique Business+.
