Minister Robert Dussey prepares for the arrival of Qatar Airways in Lomé

The Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Robert Dussey, on a visit to Doha on 4 and 5 July, confirmed to Jeune Afrique Business+ the forthcoming signing of an aviation agreement between Lomé and Doha.
