Black marker expected for Djibouti over nationalisation of the Doraleh terminal
The International Court of Arbitration in London has again condemned the country led by Iamaïl Omar Guelleh in the dispute with DP World, this time over the nationalisation of the Doraleh terminal.

The Djibouti authorities have lost decision after decision in their court battles with DP World. Most recently, on 7 July, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) ruled that the nationalisation of the Doraleh terminal was illegal—the seventh ruling in favour of DP World rendered by British institutions since 2018.
