Vodacom Congo fined €3 million by Kinshasa
For the second time in less than six months, the subsidiary of the South African group in the Democratic Republic of Congo has been fined by ministerial decree.

The proceedings are somewhat unusual: the sector is supervised by the Congolese Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ARPTC), which is responsible for imposing sanctions against telephone and Internet operators.
