New top executives at BTK after takeover by Elloumi family
The establishment, which has just left the BPCE group, will be managed by the former ceo of Banque Tuniso-Lybienne and a director from the inner circle.

The brothers Hichem and Faouzi Elloumi have opted for the security of drawing on the internal teams of the Tunisian-Kuwaiti Bank (BTK). To replace Philippe Wattecamps at the head of the Tunisian establishment’s management, the new owners called upon Zouhair Ouakaa as new CEO, seconded by Lassaad Ben Romdhane, a former director of the finance division within the company.
