The investment bank founded by the three ex-Standard Chartered executives Jean-Paul Ndjemba, Emmanuel Nambware and Aboubakary Guiro is planting its flag in Rwanda as Jeune Afrique Business+ had anticipated in March 2019. At the time, Matha, who attended the Africa CEO Forum of Jeune Afrique Media Group in Kigali, was scouting the country.
