DLA Piper to plead DRCongo case against FG Hemisphere before Paris Court of Appeal 

At the next hearing before Division 5, Chamber 16 of the Paris Court of Appeal on 18 October, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) represented by DLA Piper in the French capital intends to argue the invalidity of an arbitral award issued in Paris and to oppose the enforcement in France of a second arbitral award issued in Switzerland.
