According to Africa Business+ sources, the Janus Continental Group (JCG), through its subsidiary Great Lakes Africa Energy (GLAE), signed with the Mozambican government represented by Ernesto Max Tonela, Minister of Energy, to construct a liquefied gas plant in the northern region of Nacala.
