With this acquisition, Didier Lagae’s communications agency has established itself south of the Sahara. It now generates 15% of its turnover on the continent.

The MARCO communications group (€10.6 million in turnover in 2020), established and managed from Madrid by the Belgian Didier Lagae, has taken control of 51% of the capital of Africa Communications Media Group (ACG), founded by the Congo-Rwandan Mimi Kalinda.
