After the arrival of arbitration specialist Capucine du Pac de Marsoulies from Jeantet in early September, De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés is strengthening its Africa-Middle East practice. Mohamed El Atfi, admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, has joined the firm’s young subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, created at the beginning of the year.
