Ecobank’s Noëllie Tiendrebeogo leads CFAF 70 billion fundraising for Sofitex
According to Africa Business+ sources, the subsidiary of the pan-African banking group, Ecobank and a local banking pool approved a financing agreement for the country’s leading cotton company.

“Ecobank and the banking pool are making the financing available to Société des fibres et textiles (Sofitex) for the purchase, transport and marketing of cotton. This is similar financing to that which we have been providing for almost a decade,” a source at Ecobank Burkina told Africa Business+.
