Apontes working on MSC/Bolloré proposal
According to several sources consulted, an agreement is imminent between the Aponte family’s private Italian-Swiss group and the Breton businessman’s entity.

The Bolloré group is expected to receive an offer from the MSC group to acquire 100% of the shares in Bolloré Africa Logistics, an enterprise valued at €5.7 billion. The potential mega-deal would reshuffle the deck in Africa, and Vincent Bolloré’s group has reached out to its Swiss counterpart by granting it an exclusivity until 31 March 2022.
