Lesotho turns to Allen & Overy in €50m dispute with Frazer Solar
Lesotho is beginning to organise its defence more than seven months after being sued by the German solar kit distributor.

Frazer Solar GmbH, seeking confirmation and enforcement of two favourable judgements of some €50 million awarded by two South African and English courts, filed an appeal with the District Court in Washington against Lesotho on 17 May.
