On 18 January, the Société de Travaux Agricoles Marocains (Stam), founded by Louis Raymond Baudrand, and its subsidiary Vias were awarded lot 2 of the infrastructure works for the first high service bus line (BHNS) in Agadir, the country’s tenth largest city.
