Frazer Solar and Lesotho suspend €50 million dispute in Washington

Allen & Overy and Withers Bergman, the lawyers for the parties, have asked the court to postpone deliberations pending the decision of an African court in the same case.

The motion to stay the dispute between Lesotho and Frazer Solar Gmbh was jointly filed on 27 January with Judge James Boasberg. He has been presiding over the District Court hearings in Washington since May. It was approved on the same day.
