Nestlé’s team behind €1.2 billion cocoa farmer support programme
An old hand at the Vevey-based group, Darrell High oversees the sustainable cocoa sector and is coordinating the new CHF 1.3 billion (€1.2 billion) direct support programme for farmers in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana.

The British Darrell High, a geography graduate from Cambridge, is the global head of the Nestlé Group’s sustainable cocoa programme, the Cocoa Plan. He is piloting the new Cocoa Farmers’ Income Acceleration Programme in this capacity.
