Tunisia: BFT liquidation to be heard on 1 March
Following the breakdown in negotiations between the parties, the Court of First Instance of Tunis is now considering liquidating the Banque franco-tunisienne (BFT).

This is the latest episode in a dispute that dates back to 1989. Then, the Tunisian state decided to recover the shares (53٫6%) of the Arab Business Consortium International Finance and Investment Company (ABCI Investments) in the Banque franco-tunisienne (BFT).
