The Nigerian, appointed last October, is upgrading telecom sites in many countries. A mission that the company is seeking to finance externally.

The upgrade will focus on Airtel Africa‘s assets in Chad, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Madagascar, Niger and Zambia. This is almost half of the markets covered by the African telecom giant.
