Sale to lease back: Tunisair recovers $40 million out of a total of $100 million
The transition to the leasing of the latest Airbus aircraft allows the public company to regain liquidity, while waiting for an increase in capital – still to be approved by the State – and the implementation of deep restructuring programme.

The Tunisian national airline, which is in serious financial difficulties, has been able to regain liquidity thanks to the “sale to lease back” operation concluded for the five A320neo aircraft it will acquire from Airbus.
