French company Heetch to operate in Abidjan and Kinshasa

In Côte d’Ivoire’s economic capital, the company tried its luck in 2019 with an offer of motorbike taxis. But the project never materialised due to a lack of regulations and requirements from the authorities on electric vehicles, which were difficult to implement.
