Is this the last stretch in the disposal of Helios Investment Partners‘ 65% stake in Solevo? According to Africa Business+ sources, after submitting a non-binding proposal in February before the 2 March deadline, DPI signed an exclusive due diligence agreement with Helios on 30 March.
