Mauritania: Elecnor/Siemens-Gamesa sign $21 million rider for Boulenouar power plant

The €140 million contract for constructing the 100 MW plant was awarded in 2017 to Elecnor and Gamesa, the predecessor of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.
