Marwa selects Valoris as exclusive financial partner for new round of fundraising
After withdrawing from the Egyptian and Tunisian markets due to customs barriers, the famous Moroccan fast fashion brand Marwa is seeking to redeploy in West Africa and France.

Folly Fashion, the company that carries the ready-to-wear brand, was founded in 2003 by Karim Tazi, the current head of the Moroccan Association of Textile Industries and is of interest to several investment funds. According to Africa Business+ sources, the Valoris Group was entrusted as the exclusive financial advisor for opening up the company’s capital.
