Stéphane Eholie navigates Simat’s takeover of DHL’s Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal subsidiaries
The operation, effective since 1 June, allows the Côte d’Ivoire specialist in sea and air freight handling to reinforce its presence in West Africa.

The Société Ivoirienne de manutention et de transit (Simat), headed by Stéphane Eholie, has taken over the entire Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal subsidiaries of international air, sea and road freight service provider DHL Global Forwarding (DGF), whose Africa and Middle East branch is under the responsibility of Amadou Diallo. The transaction, the value of which was not disclosed, has been effective since 1 June.
