Active in the 2000s in Congolese potash (RC) on the massive MagIndustries project – undeveloped to date – entrepreneurial banker Stéphane Rigny has been working since 2014 for his firm SARMIN Holdings Inc.

SARMIN Holdings Inc. has several African assets, including the Congolese potash project in Kanga, held through the subsidiary SARMIN Mining Inc. Potash is used to manufacture NPK and other fertilisers, a highly stressed international market due to the war in Ukraine.
