New support from IFC and FMO for South African United Exports’ blueberries

Known for its OZblu brand of blueberry, the company is growing rapidly, as is the entire soft fruit market on the continent. Already strongly supported by IFC and FMO, the new structured loan will finance United Exports Ltd’s expansion and refinance its previous debt.

Formerly known as Mbiza Trading, the blueberry producer United Exports Ltd will expand its main base in South Africa thanks to the financial support of IFC, which is acting as financier and arranger in a programme called Blueberry III.
