Morocco: Driss Chaouni takes over Zalar Holding
The new head, grandson of the group’s founder Mohammed Chaouni Benabdallah, will continue the expansion strategy undertaken by the Moroccan poultry market leader.

Driss Chaouni (42), formerly deputy general manager of Zalar Holding, was appointed general manager at a board meeting held on 28 July, taking over from Sihame Benhamane, who resigned “for personal reasons”.
