The question remains whether Emerging Capital Partners (ECP) and the institutional investors – Proparco, DEG, BIO and BOAD –  will finally find a buyer or buyers for their shares in Oragroup after the failure of the takeover by the Côte d’Ivoire Social Security Institution (IPS-CGRAE) was blocked by the regional regulator.
