CGRAE terminates agreement to sell stake in Oragroup to SBNA West Africa
The Ivorian pension fund has put an end to its contract to vend its 9% stake in the West African banking group to the joint venture controlled by SouthBridge Investments (SBI) and New African Capital Partners (NACP).

In a letter dated September 2, 2022 of which we have a copy, the Social Security Institution (IPS) General Fund of Retirement of State Employees (CGRAE) has notified the management of SBNA West Africa, led by Charles Kie, the “denunciation of the protocol with SBNA WA and SBNA Holding SA”.
