Georges Arama (Klein Wenner) advises Arise IIP for the new zone in Rwanda

A partner at the firm Klein Wenner, Georges Arama has drafted part of the documentation to govern Bugesera, the new special economic zone (SEZ) developed by Arise IIP and located 50km East of Kigali.

Georges Arama specialises in SEZs in French-speaking Africa. This is not the first time he has been called on to draft regulations for such zones built in different jurisdictions across the continent. At Klein Wenner, he co-leads the firm’s Public-Private Partnerships team in addition to his work as an expert on Arbitration.
