Hogan Lovells and Pinsent Masons advise SOLA Group in solar venture in South Africa

Two solar power plants with a capacity of 100 MW each are to supply the production sites operated by Tronox Mineral Sands from 2024.

The international law firm Hogan Lovells helped arrange the corporate aspects of the SOLA Group project, while Pinsent Masons provided legal advice on the long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) between the South African group and Tronox Mineral Sands.
