Tahir Hamid Nguilin, the Chadian Minister of Finance and Budget, selected the consortium composed of Afriland Bourse Investissement, led by Pierre Kammogne, and Beko Capital Advisory, managed by Brice Patrick Beumo, as lead manager to structure the raising of CFAF 100 billion (more than €152 million) on the regional financial market.
