Zalar Holding : Youssef Ben Osmane to head board of directors

A long-standing member of the group and a specialist in raw materials trading, he and Driss Chaouni, confirmed as managing director, form the new team at the helm of the Moroccan poultry company.

Youssef Ben Osmane, who joined Zalar in 1993 and was previously in charge of its trading division, has just been appointed chairman of the board of directors of the group, the leading poultry company in the kingdom, which is majority owned by the Chaouni family (51%), and whose minority shareholders are the Japanese Mitsui (37.8%) and the American Seaboard (11.2%).
