Frazer Solar : Hearing scheduled for 13 October in Lesotho dispute
The German firm has taken the case to four courts, claiming compensation of more than €50 million.

Two courts, in South Africa and the United States, have suspended proceedings pending a court decision in Lesotho. The latter is expected to hold two hearings on 13 and 14 October, according to Africa Business+.
