Sanlam called on ENSafrica, headed by Mzi Mgudlwa, to handle the legal aspects of the acquisition of the South African group AfroCentric Investment Corporation (medical aid, pharmaceuticals, health insurance). At the helm is Julius Oosthuizen (lead partner ENSafrica and co-head of the corporate commercial department), assisted by Lorica Elferink (executive, corporate commercial department) and Prince Mathibela (associate).
