Air Austral issues formal notice to Tsaradia for breach of lease agreements

While Madagascar Airlines is relaunching itself and the country is opening up again to international airlines, Air Austral intends to recover arrears from Tsaradia, a former subsidiary of Air Madagascar.

On 23 September, the Reunionese company Air Austral sent a formal notice to Tsaradia, to the trustee of the carrier’s receivership proceedings and to the general manager of the former subsidiary Air Madagascar, since merged with its parent company to become Madagascar Airlines.
