Addressing power supply and grid stabilisation issues are the two aims of Walo Storage, an Africa REN branch developing an energy storage project in northern Senegal. This is a region where the parent company, initially based in Paris and chaired by Gilles Parmentier – the entrepreneur behind GreenWish Energy in 2014 – is already active.
