AfDB strengthens Banco Fomento de Angola’s trade finance

The pan-African institution will provide funds for trade finance to Angola’s second-largest bank, which recently was indirectly nationalised.

The African Development Bank (AfDB) will issue a $10 million Trade Finance Transaction Guarantee to Banco Fomento de Angola SA (BFA), Angola’s second-largest bank.
