CAMTEL CEO Judith Yah Sunday to raise more €80 million from banking pool

The objective is to invest this year in deploying fibre optics and the mobile access network. The incumbent also intends to launch a mobile money business.

“A loan agreement of 53 billion CFA francs (over 80 million euros) will be signed in the coming weeks with a local banking pool,” Judith Yah Sunday, CEO of Cameroon Telecommunication (CAMTEL), told Africa Business+.
