British International Investment: Chris Chijiutomi, new managing director for Africa

Africa Business+ has learned that the Nigerian, promoted a year ago to head up infrastructure investments, will take control of the Africa division.

Chris Chijiutomi has been appointed managing director and Head of Africa at British International Investment (BII) – formerly CDC – previously held by Ethiopian Tenbite Ermias. The latter left the British development institution to return to the United States, where he studied at Stanford University and started his career at BCG.
